To purchase “fun games, puzzles and crafting supplies.” for the Pashley Elementary School Social Work Program.  Supplies are needed for times when children just need to “de-stress”.

Brian Watts and Mary Kosky, BH-BL High School Science & Math

The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School Math and Science Club used the grant for preparation for competitions by the purchase of model parts, instruction manuals, and other supplies.

Grant: $420

 

Kathy Kochem, Pashley Elementary School Comprehensive Developmental Skills Program

For computer communications equipment and reprogrammable personal communication devices for children with special needs. A member item grant was received through Assemblyman James Tedisco.

Grant: $2,000

to the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Education Foundation website! The Foundation is run by a volunteer board and was begun in 1998 to create new opportunities for education in our community.

The Foundation supports the youth of the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake school community by generating and disbursing funds for services, equipment, enrichment programs, and other projects designed to enhance education.
