Happy Thanksgiving to the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Community from the Burnt Hills Ballston Lake Education Foundation. This is the perfect time to thank the BH-BL Community for your recent support of our major fundraiser, “Goin’ for the Golden Taste of Burnt Hills”. Restaurants attended and shared their delicious menu items. Attendees are still raving about how yummy the food was. Local merchants donated merchandise and gift certificates to the Silent Auction and Peg Allocco created another stunning quilt to raffle. Many businesses generously contributed as sponsors or patrons. Ultimately, it was you, the BH Community members who created its success, by attending and supporting us. Of course, we do this for our kids, the students of the Burnt Hills Community. Many creative learning experiences are funded because of you. Your generosity and participation benefits our kids by making learning exciting whether it be a virtual reality experience or helping homebound students feel included in a classroom. For you, the BH Community, we say thank you from the Foundation and remind you how thankful we are to be a part of this community.
